Over the years, we have found that some collections strugggle to find adequate veterinary provision and could do with a little help complying with the often overwhelming requirements of the Zoo Licensing Act. Depsite the enthusiasm of local domestic animal practitioners it may not be feasible for them to justify the considerable cost of specialist training to cover non-domestic species and their experience of those species may be very limited.
IZVG can fill that gap at any level, including working alongside local practices, to ensure a thoroughly modern veterinary support structure for your collection, and providing interpretation and support in meeting the legal requirements. We offer a nationwide flexible service tailored to your requirements and designed to improve the standard of veterinary support for small collections, without being as expensive as you think.
