Administration

Lynne Mason and Bridget Ward are responsible for answering the telephones and emails, dealing with any queries and any other secretarial roles within the office.

Orders

Rachel Pullen is responsible for the ordering of equipment, medicines and vitamins and shipping them worldwide.

Finance

Martin Gallagher (Business Manager) and Claire Kelly are responsible for any financial dealings within the practice.

Wildlife Vets International (WVI)

WVI Executive Director Olivia Walters works from our offices in Keighley. Olivia oversees the day to day running of WVI, including the governance, finance, publicity, fundraising and project logistics for WVI.

Fortunately she still has time for a bit of adventure. In 2015 she was invited to accompany an anti-poaching patrol in Sumatra, where WVI is working to save tigers, and had the chance to experience first-hand the threats to their survival. In 2017 she went to Zimbabwe to oversee the neutering and vaccination clinics Painted Dog Conservation runs with WVI vets. She got stuck in and helped speed up surgery by preparing the dogs before surgery.
